My coaching focuses on three key arcs: navigating Life & Work Transitions, gaining Insight & Awareness to start designing your life, and Sustaining & Meeting Goals.

When life changes, it can shake everything loose — identity, direction, even your sense of self.

We start here by slowing down and paying attention. What’s really changing? What’s underneath the surface? Together, we name where you are and what’s shifting — so you can stop reacting and start choosing how to move forward.

Awareness without reflection just spins.

Here we look deeper. What are the patterns you’ve been living by? What beliefs, fears, or old identities are guiding your choices? This phase helps you get radically honest — so your next chapter is built on who you actually are, not who you’ve been trying to be.

Change is only powerful if it lasts.

This part of the work is about staying grounded, focused, and committed — without burning out or falling back into old patterns. Together, we build momentum, track what matters, and celebrate meaningful wins as you build the life you’ve been designing.
